Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy covers setup fees, deposits, and recurring monthly services with JVW Scaling. A written proposal or agreement for your project may add to these terms.
Setup fees and deposits
- Setup and deposit payments are refundable only before work has started.
- Once work has started, setup and deposit payments are non-refundable.
Recurring monthly services
- You can cancel at any time with at least 3 days' notice before your next billing date.
- There is no long-term contract and no minimum term.
- After cancellation, the service does not renew and you are not billed again.
- We do not provide partial refunds for work already performed in the current billing period.
How to cancel or ask about a refund
Email jeremxxv@gmail.com with your business name and the service you want to cancel. We reply within 1 business day.
Problems with our work
If something we delivered does not match the agreed scope, tell us and we will work with you to fix it.
Third-party costs
Fees paid to third parties on your behalf, such as domains, hosting or paid tools, follow that provider's own policy and are generally not refundable by us.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider.
