Service Terms

These terms describe the general nature of the services JVW Scaling provides. Each project is also covered by a written proposal or agreement. If that document conflicts with this page, the written agreement for the project applies.

Services

We provide website development, local SEO, lead capture and conversion work, and workflow automation for businesses. Services are delivered using a mix of standard tools and custom work, not a single proprietary platform.

Scope and quotes

Individual project scopes, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed separately in writing before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Fees and payment

• Fees are quoted and agreed individually.
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
• A deposit or upfront payment may be required before work begins.
• Invoices and recurring billing, where applicable, are handled through a secure third-party payment provider.

No guaranteed results

We work to improve your online presence and lead flow, but search rankings, traffic, inquiries and revenue depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content and timely feedback.
• Confirm you have the rights to any text, images, logos and trademarks you supply.
• Give access to the accounts and tools needed for the agreed work.

Ownership

• The finished website transfers to you after full payment for the agreed project scope.
• JVW Scaling may display the project in its portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, analytics, email and payment providers. Those services have their own terms and fees, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JVW Scaling is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
